All Academy Fees are due on the 1st of each month. Please make checks payable to VTM (Vegas Tennis Management). Checks may be given to Coach Billy or mailed to: PO Box 60117, Las Vegas, NV 89160.
For those who pay by credit card, you will receive notification by email that your card has been charged.
There is a "no cancellation" policy for Academy classes and private lessons scheduled for the current month. In the event that you need to make changes in a future month, a 30-day written notice must be sent to Coach Billy D. prior to the 1st of the month in which the changes are requested. For example, if you request changes in December, your 30-day written notice must be received by Coach Billy before November 1st.
